For Adults with group facilitation experience to upskill to become a certified Forest School practitioner. Over 9 face-to-face training days you will experience and learn how to design, run and approach working outdoors with the Forest School ethos, as adapted by the Irish Forest School Association. Day-long Thatched Reed Shelter Building
For adults, Aug 21st. Build a thatched reed shelter at the Stone Age site at the Irish National Heritage Park with Steven Dirven from Wildering Winds, Holland and Ciara Hinksman of EarthForce Education, Ireland. We will gather and weave with reeds and hazel sourced from the heritage park, booking essential!

Adults Summer Intro to Forest School
You will experience tasty and fun ways to spend the Summer outdoors with children. After a hands-on day in the woods you will take home games and techniques for bringing your kids, or kids you work with outdoors using Forest School style activities. We will explore exciting and natural ways to engage with ourselves, each other and natures seasonal rhythms.

Part-funded Primary School Workshops through Heritage In Schools Scheme
Ciara Hinksman of EFE is part-funded by An Taisce to do workshops with your Primary School. There are several different visits to choose from – “Forest School Programmes”, “Energy and Bushcraft”, “Biodiversity” and “Water” themes or “Build a Living Willow Dome”. Book one visit, do a Forest School series of 5 or 10 visits, or mix and match a series of five visits and get one free!
